<div class="container-3Gm1a"><div>The Regional Manager (RM) is accountable for the overall performance of multiple-store locations and businesses (Retail, Rental, Custom and Tailoring) and is expected to build high-performing store teams in partnership with the Store Managers. This position requires a strong ability to plan strategically while achieving optimal results and creating a culture of inclusion with a focus on creating a Legendary customer experience. This position reports directly to the Zone Vice President of Stores and must reside in the Greater Denver Area close to a major airport. </div><div><br></div><div>To be successful in this role actions and prevent or resolve customer concerns. </div><div>• Evaluates stores to confirm stores are visually set to brand standards and executing marketing initiatives per company direction.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><div>• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience. </div><div>• Minimum 5 years of experience successfully leading, managing, and developing retail teams or equivalent experience.</div><div>• Must have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.</div><div>• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a deep understanding of site analytics, sales and financial data.</div><div>• Creative, and business savvy individual who demonstrates good judgement.</div><div>• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.</div><div>• Strong organizational, leadership skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</div><div>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and effectively communicate with all levels, both internal and external.</div><div>• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to easily engage others in positive dialogue one-on-one or in a group setting, and at different levels.                   </div><div>• Skilled at prioritizing duties, working under time constraints, handling multiple tasks, and working independently while remaining flexible to changing priorities and assignments</div><div>• Proven ability to develop staff members into high performing individuals and team members by providing training and development</div><div>• Experience building organizations with strong teams and truly committed staff – evidenced by employee retention and engagement.</div><div>• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office and video conferencing. </div><div>• Travel is required.</div><div><br></div><div><em>The starting range for this position is $140,000-$170,000 .We take into consideration and individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.</em></div></div>
