This might be a great opportunity for you!</p><p>We have an exciting opening for a Referral Network Specialist, which is a dynamic role designed to take your career to the next level. Use your expertise, broaden your professional scope, and contribute to the growth of PSI's innovative referral programs.</p><p>In this role, you will build and manage a country-specific network of referring physicians across various therapeutic areas. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and effective referral process between referring physicians and study investigators.</p><p><u>This is a home-based position in the United States that will require regular travel.</u></p><p><br> <strong>You will:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and select physicians, providing them with valuable training and support throughout the referral process to enhance their skills and effectiveness.</li><li>Plan and conduct regular visits to referring physicians, whether in person and/or via video conference, to promote collaboration. Following this, you will be responsible for documenting key discussions and objectives in a report.</li><li>Provide ongoing support to referring physicians and their teams, ensuring agreed-upon tasks are executed accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Collaborate with various departments at PSI CRO, including Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Legal, to ensure the successful implementation of the referral process across all projects.</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><ul><li>College/University degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training & experience</li><li>Experience working in the clinical research industry </li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA)</li><li>Experience communicating with physicians and/or investigators required</li><li>Oncology and/ or Gastroenterology experience is a plus</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel, including frequent travel as required</li><li>Ability to work both independently and in a team environment</li><li>PC skills to be able to work with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p>If you feel it is time to make your skills and knowledge visible within a growing company with true focus on its people, then PSI is the right choice for you.
