You will be responsible for conducting accurate redress calculations for the client and its customers in line with prescribed processes. <br></p> <p> <br></p> <p><u>Key Responsibilities</u> <br></p> <p> <br></p> <ul> <li><p>Data Gathering, reviewing and interrogating systems to inform redress calculations <br></p></li> </ul> <ul> <li><p>Conduct manual redress calculations <br></p></li> </ul> <ul> <li><p>Conduct complex calculations  <br></p></li> </ul> <ul> <li><p>Write offer letters <br></p></li> </ul> <ul> <li><p>Write payment letters <br></p></li> </ul> <p> <br></p> <p><u>Supplementary Responsibilities</u> <br></p> <p> <br></p> <ul> <li><p>Learn and understand the process in depth <br></p></li> </ul> <ul> <li><p>Rapidly incorporate ongoing business and process changes into your ways of working and conducting redress calculations <br></p></li> </ul> <ul> <li><p>Act upon feedback from quality checking functions, learning from any mistakes and rectifying moving forwards <br></p></li> </ul> <ul> <li><p>Support other team members with their redress calculation duties <br></p></li> </ul> <p> <br></p> <p><u>Experience and Skills:</u> <br></p> <p> <br></p> <p><b><i>Essential</i></b> <br></p> <ul> <li><p>Minimum 2 years' experience conducting Redress calculations with a range of calculation tools, specifically Redress Manager (with investment experience preferred).  <br></p></li> </ul> <ul> <li><p>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy <br></p></li> </ul> <ul> <li><p>Excellent communication and presentation skills  <br></p></li> </ul> <ul> <li><p>Ability to work to demanding deadlines  <br></p></li> </ul> <ul> <li><p>Ability to attain and maintain specified quality and production targets <br></p></li> </ul> <ul> <li><p>Ability to work remotely/ independently & as part of a rapidly growing team <br></p></li> </ul> <ul> <li><p>Demonstrate an ability to work with honesty, integrity and trustworthiness<br>Maintain high standards of professionalism and competence<br></p></li> </ul> <br> <br> <br> <u>Desirable</u><br> <
