Administration</b></p><ul><li>Maintain and support the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).</li><li>Administer document control processes including creation, revision, approval, distribution, and archival of quality documents.</li><li>Ensure all controlled documents, procedures, work instructions, and forms are current and properly maintained.</li><li>Monitor document revision status and ensure obsolete documents are removed from circulation.</li><li>Support system administration activities within quality management software platforms (e.g., ZenQMS or equivalent systems).</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Compliance & Regulatory Support</b></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with company quality policies, procedures, customer requirements, and applicable industry standards.</li><li>Assist with maintaining compliance with ISO standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements as applicable.</li><li>Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, records, and audit materials.</li><li>Track audit findings, corrective actions, and follow-up activities to ensure timely closure.</li><li>Maintain quality records in accordance with retention requirements and company standards.</li><li>Assist with tracking and administration of corrective and preventive action activities.</li><li>Monitor CAPA timelines and ensure required documentation is completed accurately and on time.</li><li>Support root cause investigations related to quality issues, nonconformances, customer complaints, and audit findings.</li><li>Maintain records related to nonconforming material and corrective action activities.</li></ul><p><b>Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)</b></p><p></p><p><b>Training Administration</b></p><ul><li>Maintain employee quality training records and training matrices.</li><li>Coordinate required quality and compliance training activities.</li><li>Ensure employees complete required training within established timelines.</li><li>Assist with onboarding and training documentation related to quality procedures and systems.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Records & Reporting</b></p><ul><li>Complete and maintain quality records, reports, and documentation accurately and timely.</li><li>Prepare quality metrics, KPI reports, audit summaries, and compliance reports for leadership review.</li><li>Maintain inspection records, calibration records, customer quality documentation, and other quality-related files.</li><li>Support data collection and reporting activities related to quality performance indicators.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Operational Support</b></p><ul><li>Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, warehouse, and operations teams to support quality objectives.</li><li>Assist with investigations related to product quality, process deviations, and customer concerns.</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, compliance, efficiency, and process standardization.</li><li>Participate in quality meetings, safety meetings, and operational review discussions as required.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Timekeeping Support</b></p><ul><li>Assist employees with clock-in/clock-out issues.</li><li>Review and maintain time records.</li><li>Coordinate with HR/payroll on discrepancies.</li><li>Guide employees on timekeeping procedures.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Safety & Compliance</b></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.</li><li>Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with company standards.</li><li>Participate in required safety training and meetings.</li><li>Promote safe work practices and adherence to operational procedures.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Qualifications (Education, Experience, Physical Requirements, Core Competencies)</u></b><b>:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Education & Experience</b></p><ul><li>Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.</li><li>2–5 years of experience in quality assurance, document control, compliance, or manufacturing administration preferred.</li><li>Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS) environment preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, CAPA processes, and document control procedures preferred.</li><li>Experience using quality management software systems such as ZenQMS or similar platforms preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and administrative skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint a must.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Physical Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout office and manufacturing environments as needed.</li><li>Ability to occasionally lift and/or move files, boxes, or materials up to 25 pounds.</li><li>Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Core
