<p> QA Engineer II - Teamfight Tactics (Contract)<br /> Established in 2020, the Singapore Studio is Riot's second international game development studio. Riot has been expanding our footprint in Asia and accelerating our talent growth to develop games that deliver great experiences to our players. Our mission is to ''scale Riot's games to hyper-serve players.''<br /> We partner with our LA headquarters on game development for League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, and Legends of Runeterra. We're also building teams for VALORANT and 2XKO, our take on a fighting game. The Singapore Studio is seeking talented, passionate craft experts with backgrounds in all areas of game development to build games that make it better to be a player.<br /> We're focused on working together to promote individual autonomy, ownership, collaboration, and inclusivity, so everyone can be their best while we boldly pursue games.<br /> That's where you come in.<br /> As a QA Engineer II (Contract) on Teamfight Tactics, you will work with numerous disciplines to drive quality ownership across the software development life cycle, as well as helping to establish and execute team wide quality goals. You will work with your team of artists, producers and project managers to create value for Players around the world. It will be important for you to aggressively protect the player experience and deliver results in a high pressure, agile development environment. You will also be tasked to work with other QA professionals, often remotely to get your work completed.<br /> Please note that Riot Games does not offer relocation packages for this position. You need to be able to work legally in Singapore, without Riot Games' sponsorship, to be considered.<br /> <br /> Responsibilities:<br /> • Impact/Scope<br /> • Your execution of quality activities (testing, risk assessment) impacts the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of your team and closely related teams. You have specific recommendations for improvements on the development process and quality of the products you work on.<br /> • Complexity<br /> • You solve complex problems by innovating on best practices, and implement new ways of approaching and mitigating quality risks.<br /> • Supervision/Oversight<br /> • You need little instruction on day-to-day work, and you are able to operate independently, while also instructing junior QA and external testers in their day to day tasks.<br /> • Craft Knowledge<br /> • Your skills show expertise in one area, and you are able to deploy a variety of craft elements to solve increasingly complex problems.<br /> Required Qualifications:<br /> • 3+ years Software Quality Assurance Experience, with success leading testing efforts on a team.<br /> • Experience tasking remote testers and providing feedback on effectiveness.<br /> • Experience managing components of a defect database.<br /> • Experience working embedded with developers and content creators.<br /> • Experience creating custom reports on test coverage and defect data.<br /> • Experience designing and executing test plans.<br /> Desired Qualifications:<br /> • Experience with Teamfight Tactics<br /> • Development experience across several platforms; mobile, console, and PC.<br /> • Preferred Licenses/certifications:<br /> • ISTQB Foundation Level<br /> • ISTQB Agile Tester or ICAgile Agile Testing (ICP-TST)<br /> • ISTQB Expert Level<br /> • ISTQB Advanced Test Manager<br /> • ICAgile Test Expert (ICE-AT)<br /> For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players.<br /> <p id='jobcode'>Jobcode: Reference SBJ-vek4kj-104-22-1-64-42 in your application.</p> </p>
