Here, living out your faith means using your gifts to bring hope and make a lasting impact.</span></p> <p><span>Working at Bethany means joining a team of dedicated professionals with diverse skills, serving communities across the country. Together, we’re united in our Christian mission and these shared values: We’re motivated by our faith, we support one another, we champion justice, we pursue excellence, and we’re in it for the long haul.  As a PRS Intervention Specialist, you’ll help carry this mission forward and make a meaningful impact every day.</span></p> <p><strong>How Your Role Makes a Difference</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate intensive clinical case management and crisis intervention services to unaccompanied children and families</li> <li>Maintain a caseload in compliance with contract terms and agency expectations</li> <li>Conduct home visits in accordance with contract requirements, when needed</li> <li>Create safety plans and treatment plans according to program standards</li> <li>Provide psychoeducational information, referrals, outreach, advocacy, and support to children and families, when needed</li> <li>Conduct regular family visits focused on stabilization, preservation, and therapeutic support</li> <li>Refer and connect families to available community resources on an ongoing basis</li> <li>Assess safety and appropriateness of placements using child welfare principles and social work best practices</li> <li>Serve clients throughout the assigned state as needed</li> <li>Participate in mandatory and ongoing training to meet federal, state, and agency expectations</li> <li>Attend weekly meetings with site and clinical leadership to review case plans and progress</li> <li>Participate in peer consultation and case support activities within the program</li> <li>Provide psychoeducation on the impact of prolonged family separation and trauma</li> <li>Continually assess client needs across legal, medical, behavioral, educational, and social domains</li> <li>Educate children and families on risks related to exploitation, trafficking, substance abuse, coercion, and gang involvement</li> <li>Collaborate with Case Support Workers to provide vetted referrals to families</li> <li>Stay current on all agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements related to social services</li> <li>Essential job responsibilities may vary based on program or department needs</li> <li>May be required or asked to participate in a Bethany-sponsored event</li> <li>Complete other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Will Make You Successful</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or other relevant behavioral science field with required clinical experience;
