This individual will have full end-to-end ownership, from ideation and requirements definition through the go-to-market execution, for products that leverage artificial intelligence transform unstructured real estate documents in structured, actionable data. </p> <p>The ideal candidate combines proven product execution and technical fluency, with domain knowledge of commercial real estate documents and an understanding of common workflows in CRE acquisition, financing, and management.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you will do and achieve</strong></span><br><strong>Lead Product Strategy & Vision</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and articulate the vision for LightBox’s AI document intelligence platform, aligning it with company strategy and customer needs.</li> <li>Identify high-impact opportunities across the real estate document ecosystem, including appraisals, rent rolls, operating statements, Phase I ESAs, offering memorandums, and other key sources.</li> <li>Define success metrics and prioritize development initiatives to maximize business value and customer adoption.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Product Development & Delivery</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Own the product roadmap, requirements, and lifecycle for document intelligence and the AI extraction and delivery platform.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and UX teams to design scalable systems that extract, normalize, and deliver high-quality data from complex document types at scale.</li> <li>Define product requirements for data access interfaces, including: <ul> <li>Browser-based user experiences for document upload, review, and data visualization.</li> <li>Microsoft Office Add-ins (Excel, Word) to embed data extraction and structured data integration directly within user workflows.</li> <li>Developer APIs that enable partners and clients to programmatically access, query, and integrate extracted data into their own systems.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Partner with QA and DevOps teams to ensure product reliability, scalability, and security compliance across all delivery channels.</li> <li>Work with legal, executives, and clients to gain rights to use extracted data for derivative products</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Customer & Market Understanding</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Engage deeply with customers and industry stakeholders to identify pain points and design data access experiences that enhance productivity and decision-making.</li> <li>Maintain a strong understanding of document types and workflows in commercial real estate, including appraisals, rent rolls, operating statements, environmental reports, offering memorandums, etc.</li> <li>Continuously monitor market trends and competitor offerings in document AI, workflow automation, and API-based data products.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Go-to-Market & Adoption</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Develop launch strategies, product messaging, and positioning for both extraction and data delivery capabilities.</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive adoption across client personas — from analysts and appraisers to developers and enterprise partners.</li> <li>Partner with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, data integration, and ongoing user engagement across all access channels.</li> <li>Measure and optimize user experience and extraction accuracy to continuously improve product performance and adoption.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Who you are</strong></span></p> <p><strong>Education</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in product management or related technical leadership roles.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deep familiarity with commercial real estate document types and workflows.</li> <li>Strong understanding of data delivery mechanisms, including web applications, Office integrations, and APIs.</li> <li>Proven success leading AI, machine learning, or document automation products from concept through launch.</li> <li>Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across technical and business functions.</li> <li>Foundational understanding of AI/ML, OCR, NLP, and structured data pipeline development, and a strong willingness to learn.</li> </ul><div> <div> <div>We thank all applicants in advance for their interest in this position, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. </div> <div> </div> <div>This job description is a general listing of the required tasks and expectations of the position and in no way implies that the duties listed above are the employee’s only responsibilities.
