Learn more at </span><i><span style="font-size: inherit"><a href="http://jetsupport.com">jetsupport.com</a></span></i><span style="font-size: inherit">. </span></p><p><br></p><p> </p><p><strong><u>Position Summary</u></strong>:</p> <p>The mission of the Product Line Specialist (PLS) is to provide product specific off wing maintenance event management.  The PLS is a self-motivated business professional with integrity and the ability to independently handle multiple projects.  PLS may be required to give presentations on the product line to in-house or external customers.  The PLS supports the Sales Department, Pricing & Program Development Department, JSSI Parts and JSSI Advisory Services for all matters surrounding their line.</p> <p></p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>Position Responsibilities:</b><div> <ul type="disc"> <li>Liaise with Associate Engine PLS to secure accurate quotes from vendors.</li> <li>Control the cost of all maintenance events.</li> <li>Issue purchase orders.</li> <li>Exhaust all resources to ensure maximum cost savings.</li> <li>Confirm MOU discounts have been received. </li> <li>Produce a comprehensible analysis to the client once the work has commenced.</li> <li>Assist in scheduling the work into one of JSSI’s preferred facilities. </li> <li>Keep the client fully briefed on the work package.</li> <li>Manage the event by physical presence at the service facility.</li> <li>Maintain a maintenance case with timely updates regarding costs and project status.</li> <li>Provide the Pricing & Program Development Department with information that allows them to:</li> <li>Ensure completeness and accuracy of Engine and Airframe templates. </li> <li>Develop Pricing Models for equipment in the market.</li> <li>Develop unique program options for our clients.</li> <li>Review and process invoices, meeting turn time goals set forth by Technical Services Management.</li> <li>Perform Pre-Induction Diagnostic Surveys (PIDS) on assets to determine enrollment eligibility.</li> <li>Stay current on all Service Bulletins, Advisory Directives and inspection updates for that line.</li> <li>Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Technical Services Management.</li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><b>Desired Credentials:</b><div> <ul type="disc"> <li>At least 15 years’ experience with turbine-powered aircraft, particularly with GE (CF34)<strong>.</strong></li> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Field preferred.</li> <li>Airframe and Powerplant ratings.</li> <li>Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to read and write articulately and analytically.</li> <li>Clear understanding of relevant technical skills.</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.</li> <li>Well organized.</li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><p></p> <p> </p><p>At JSSI, we are committed to rewarding our team members with competitive and comprehensive compensation packages that reflect their contributions and talent.</p> <p>For this role, the annual base pay generally ranges from $135,000 to $145,000, with the final offer determined by variable factors including but not limited to market location, job-specific knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
