This role is responsible for designing, documenting, and maintaining the frameworks that ensure our workflows are efficient, compliant, and scalable. You will act as the bridge between high-level strategy and daily execution, auditing existing systems to identify bottlenecks and implementing standardized solutions that drive consistency across departments. The ideal candidate is a meticulous problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable SOPs. Success in this role requires a blend of analytical rigor, exceptional communication skills, and the influence to lead organizational change.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Annual compensation: </strong>$90K - $150K USD</p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:#0c0c85"><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Partners with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.</li> <li>Lead the creation and continuous refinement of the master RDD Deployment Methodology Playbook.</li> <li>Develop, release, and maintain standardized program assets, including Project Charters, RACI Matrices, and Standardized Bid Intake Documents.</li> <li>Act as the administrator for the single source of truth for all program artifacts, ensuring strict version control and accessibility.</li> <li>Manage the Process Change Request (PCR) lifecycle, evaluating field-suggested improvements and integrating them into the global standard.</li> <li>Serve as a key member of the Enablement Council, reviewing process deviations and identifying areas where the standard must evolve.</li> <li>Partner with the Training & Competency Specialist to ensure all training materials are perfectly aligned with the latest version of the Playbooks.</li> <li>Work with the Quality Control Specialist to embed In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) checkpoints directly into the deployment workflows.</li> <li>Execute semi-annual "pruning cycles" to remove legacy or inefficient processes, keeping the operating model lean and high-velocity.</li> <li>Conduct audits of active sites to verify adherence rates to internal project quality control checkpoints and the RDD standard.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Embrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:#0c0c85"><strong>What you have</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>A bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or a related technical field.</li> <li>5-7 years of experience in datacenter deployment, hyperscale infrastructure, or complex industrial construction environments.</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years dedicated to process improvement, technical writing, or operational excellence roles.</li> <li>Legally eligible to work in the United States.</li> <li>Expert-level skill in tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Deep understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Total Quality Management (TQM) principles.</li> <li>Ability to interpret operational data using Excel (pivots, VLOOKUPs) or BI tools to justify process changes.</li> <li>A "systems-thinking" mindset—the ability to see how a change in one area ripples across the entire organization.</li> <li>The ability to explain complex tasks in simple, jargon-free language.</li> <li>An uncompromising eye for consistency, formatting, and logical flow.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills to drive adoption of new standards without having direct vertical authority over all teams.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple improvement initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.</li> <li>Must provide strong leadership including vision and promoting/leading change.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).</li> <li>Professional self-starter, with ability to work collaboratively with others.</li> <li>Ability to collaborate with technical Engineers and sales Account Executives effortlessly.</li> <li>Ability to work with a cross-functional team that includes all levels of the organization.</li> <li>Some travel required.</li> </ul> <p> </p><p><strong>What you can expect</strong></p> <p>There’s so much more to enjoy about being at Computacenter than just having a rewarding career.
