Mercier Consultancy is pleased to announce an opening for a Portuguese Speaking Search Engine Customer Consultant in our Online Department. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking clients, guiding them to effectively utilize our search engine services and maximize their online marketing efforts. Your fluency in Portuguese, along with a strong customer service focus, will be key in ensuring client success.

As a Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering expert advice on optimizing their search engine strategies. This position presents a unique opportunity to engage with clients and collaborate within a dynamic team, making a significant impact on their digital marketing journey.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding our search engine services through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges related to online media campaigns
  • Document and track client interactions to ensure effective follow-up
  • Assist clients in implementing best practices for search engine optimization and online advertising
  • Work closely with internal teams to address complex inquiries and enhance overall client experience
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to promote service improvements
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about industry advancements and technologies

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service orientation with a dedication to client satisfaction
