We are looking for a creative and data-driven Pinterest Marketing Specialist to help us grow the visual presence and drive targeted traffic for Marble Systems and Country Floors in the US and European markets. Our focus is on natural stone, high-end marble, and handcrafted artisanal tiles, aiming to inspire top-tier architects, interior designers, the hospitality industry, construction professionals, and homeowners globally. What You’ll Do • Execute a daily Pinterest strategy by creating and scheduling high-quality organic content. • Set up, monitor, and optimize Pinterest Ad campaigns (Promoted Pins) to drive traffic and conversions. • Design visually stunning Standard Pins, Video Pins, and Idea Pins. • Conduct keyword research and write SEO-optimized pin titles, descriptions, and board descriptions. • Manage and curate niche-specific boards (e.g., Organic Bathrooms, Terracotta Kitchens). • Track performance for both organic and paid efforts, providing monthly reports on growth and ROI. Example Tasks for Marble Systems & Country Floors • High-Fidelity Visual Storytelling Create high-definition macro video pins (45–90 seconds) highlighting the tactile textures of Marble Systems natural stone tiles & slabs and Country Floors' artisanal tiles. • Digital Moodboards Utilize Pinterest’s Collage and Remix tools to pair our stones with complementary interior elements (e.g., brass fixtures, paint swatches) for complete room visualizations. • Catalog & E-Commerce Integration Optimize our Pinterest Catalog Feed to ensure Dynamic Product Pins accurately reflect inventory and drive users directly to our sample order pages. • Long-Tail SEO & Seasonal Planning Target highly specific keywords (e.g., "bookmatched marble master bath ideas") and schedule seasonal content 3–6 months ahead of peak renovation seasons. • Persona-Segmented Curations Maintain distinct board structures, creating technical boards (e.g., "Commercial Stone Applications", "Technical Specs") for B2B architects, and aspirational boards (e.g., "Dream Kitchen Backsplashes") for homeowners. • AI-Driven Ad Campaigns Launch and monitor Pinterest Performance+ campaigns to retarget high-intent users who have browsed our marble or tile collections online. • Trend Alignment Design pins that align with design movements, showcasing everything from quiet luxury marble interiors to earthy, handcrafted terracotta layouts. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field. • Proven experience in Pinterest marketing (organic growth and paid ads). • Hands-on experience with Pinterest Ads Manager. • Strong visual aesthetic and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI programs). • Deep understanding of Pinterest SEO and search intent. • Excellent English copywriting skills with a focus on luxury branding.
