Job Overview
Looking for a second job with extended / flexible hours? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Interviews every Monday and Wednesday and Friday.

All our current vacancies are in the Anthem, North Phoenix Area and for evening shifts from 5-10pm (including weekends) and Rio Verde, North East Phoenix area.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. This role offers an opportunity to work in diverse settings, including offices, schools and other commercial spaces, contributing to the overall upkeep and maintenance of our clients' properties.

  • Sanitizing touch points
  • Shouldering a backpack vacuum weighting 25+lbs
  • Emptying trash receptacles
  • Mopping
  • Cleaning bathrooms, counter tops, desk areas
  • Dusting
  • Detailing entry ways, work spaces and common areas as needed
  • Spot cleaning glass windows/structures
  • Other janitorial duties as requested by the management team

Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and supplies for floor care, buffing, and polishing surfaces.
  • Conduct custodial tasks including trash removal, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfection.
  • Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep.
  • Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a hazard-free environment.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment in proper working condition and report any malfunctions or damages.
  • Support industrial cleaning projects that may involve heavy-duty cleaning or specialized procedures.
  • Provide residential painting or light maintenance services as part of broader custodial responsibilities when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven 1+ year experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred.
  • Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing.
  • Experience with commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is a plus.
  • Familiarity with standard cleaning tools and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments.
  • Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks involving lifting or moving supplies.
  • Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Mandatory Eligibility Requirements -
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers licence
  • Ability to bend, lift, pull push and/or carry objects up to 50 pounds, as well as using stairs/elevators, etc. All staff will be provided with a branded T shirt/ uniform for thier personal use.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
