Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to company standards and procedures. Utilize various order picking equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to retrieve and transport products within the warehouse. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Meet daily production goals and targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Verify product quality and quantity before packaging and shipping to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment. Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent workplace accidents and injuries. Assist in receiving, stocking, and inventory management as needed. Continuously strive to improve efficiency and productivity in order fulfillment processes. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries related to orders. Maintain accurate records of orders filled and inventory levels. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and changes in company policies and procedures. Follow all company guidelines and policies to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
