Job Title: Oracle CLM Solution Architect (Insurance Domain)

Location: Remote



Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CLM Solution Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions within the Insurance industry. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end CLM implementations, define solution architecture, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure seamless integration with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from insurance stakeholders and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Define end-to-end CLM architecture, including contract authoring, approvals, negotiations, obligations, compliance, and renewals.
  • Configure and customize Oracle CLM modules to align with insurance business processes.
  • Design integrations between Oracle CLM and enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, policy administration, claims, procurement, and document management platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership during implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements within the insurance sector.
  • Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to drive successful project delivery.
  • Develop solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Support data migration, workflow configuration, reporting, and system optimization initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years of Oracle CLM implementation experience.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect leading Oracle CLM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management processes, contract governance, compliance, and risk management.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle CLM configuration, customization, workflows, and integrations.
  • Experience integrating Oracle CLM with Oracle ERP, CRM, procurement, and third-party applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite environments.
  • Experience with API integrations, web services, and middleware platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior implementation experience within the Insurance industry (Property & Casualty, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, or Reinsurance).
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Knowledge of insurance policy administration, claims, underwriting, and regulatory compliance processes.
  • Oracle certifications related to Oracle CLM, Oracle Cloud, or Oracle ERP are highly preferred.
