In this role, you will help analyze financial and operational data, monitor market and commodity trends, support project reviews, and contribute to strategic decision-making related to supplier costs, payment terms, and overall supply chain efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build experience in supply chain finance, business operations, and cross-functional collaboration while developing analytical skills in a fast-paced environment. </div><div>What we do </div><div>Our global sourcing, procurement and third-party supplier team develop innovative category management strategies in collaboration with the business. The team focuses on strategic third-party partner agreements and help support supplier relationship management, commercial and financial pricing models for overall supplier performance. </div><div>What you’ll do </div><div><ul><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost modeling activities to help drive strategic supply chain decisions. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Analyze commodity trends, supplier pricing, and internal cost structures to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Assist with financial reporting, KPI tracking, and performance metrics related to purchasing, supplier management, and operational efficiency. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Partner cross-functional with Finance, Procurement, Planning, and suppliers to support project reviews, payment term analysis, and new product development initiatives. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Develop reporting tools, dashboards, and process improvements to enhance data accuracy, visibility, and decision-making across supply chain operations. </li></ul></div><div>What you’ll need </div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, supply chain, industrial engineering, or related field </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and problem-solving. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Familiarity with ERP systems or SAP experience preferred. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Interest in financial modeling, forecasting, procurement, or supply chain operations. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills with an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. </li></ul></div><div> Our environment </div><div><ul><li>Up to 10% of travel may be required. The base range for this position in the posted location is $71,000.00 - $97,900.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
