In this leadership role, you will oversee production support operations for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, ensuring stability, high availability, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications and integrations. </p><p></p><p>You will lead incident triage, root cause analysis, environment maintenance, service request fulfillment, and propose quality improvements. you will collaborate with developers/support engineers as part of cross-functional teams to ensure the successful operation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions built using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Microsoft 365 CRM technologies. </p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Day-to-day CRM application support operations, ensuring timely incident resolution and adherence to SLAs. </li></ul><ul><li>Triage, impact assessment, troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for production issues. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure proactive monitoring, system reliability, and platform availability across CRM environments. </li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience). </li></ul><ul><li>3+ years of platform support experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. </li></ul><ul><li>3 + years of hands-on CRM customization experience (plugins, workflows, scripting, custom pages). </li></ul><ul><li>Background in enterprise system support and CRM enhancement lifecycle. </li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft technologies: <b>.NET 4.0+, C#, ASP.NET, WCF, LINQ, Entity Framework, WPF</b>. </li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience with <b>front-end technologies</b>: HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, jQuery, JavaScript. </li></ul><ul><li>Deep expertise with <b>Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2019+</b>; Dynamics 365 cloud experience preferred. </li></ul><ul><li>SQL Server (2012+) knowledge including stored procedures, performance tuning, and data access strategies. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with <b>Azure environments</b>, cloud infrastructure components, Azure Portals, and DevOps pipelines. </li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with modern APIs and service communication: <b>REST API, SOAP, WCF</b>. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with <b>ITIL processes</b> and ticketing tools like Jira or ServiceNow. </li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Flexible Working</b></p><p></p><p>So that you can be your best at work and home, we consider flexible working arrangements wherever possible.
