About the Role

2POINT is a 20-year-old digital marketing agency based in San Diego. We run paid social for clients across a range of industries and we're building out our internal Meta/Instagram capabilities. We need a specialist who can own our branded campaigns from strategy through execution and step in on client accounts when the workload calls for it.

This is not a generalist role. We want someone who lives inside Ads Manager, knows what they're looking at when performance shifts, and can move fast without hand-holding.

What You'll Work On

Primary: 2POINT's own Meta and Instagram brand campaigns, awareness, lead generation, retargeting.

Secondary: Client accounts on an as-needed basis, working alongside our internal strategists. You won't be flying solo on client work, but you need to be ready for it.

What We're Looking For

-- 3 or more years running Meta/IG campaigns, agency side preferred

-- Proven experience with lead gen and awareness objectives, not just ecom

-- Comfortable in Business Manager across multiple ad accounts

-- Strong creative instincts: you can brief or provide feedback on ad creative, not just push buttons

-- Analytical: you pull your own reports, identify what's working and what isn't, and communicate it clearly

-- Fast, reliable, and direct in communication

Nice to Have

-- Experience with service-based or B2B clients

-- Familiarity with Google Ads (we run cross-channel campaigns)

-- Background in content or copy that supports your ad builds

-- Embracing of Ai

Engagement

Starting as hourly with real potential to grow into a recurring role. We work fast and we expect the same.
