Job Description The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Marquee Account Commercial Leader (m/f/*) for Volkswagen Group, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Setting the strategic commercial direction for the marquee account Bringing the full 3M portfolio to address customer needs, solve problems, and create value Managing the overall commercial relationship with the account Developing and executing a cross-functional account plan Driving sales performance, plan execution, and year-over-year growth Understanding and communicating the customer’s roadmap Building strong customer relationships as a commercial innovation partner Building and managing spec-in and NPI opportunity pipelines tied to the account roadmap Leading the cross-functional key account team and preparing 3M teams for effective customer engagement Developing executive-level relationships and supporting follow-up to executive visits Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business related domain Extensive experience in segment management, including sales, and marketing Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with Key Accounts Experience in developing and executing segment and Key Account strategies Demonstrated ability to lead, execute and deliver as part of a broader (Vertical) leadership team, frequently without direct ownership of day-to-day operational resources/execution Capability to manage the entire Key Account – from executive down to operational level Experience leading successful sales teams Proficiency in English and German Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Master’s degree in business administration Experience in managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Effective verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex commercial and technical concepts to diverse audiences Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders Job specifics: Work Location: Germany - remote Travel expectations: May include up to 30% international travel Does this opportunity and our innovative 3M culture align with your career aspirations?
