This position will support efforts to optimize organic search traffic, collaborating with internal teams, external agencies and digital platforms to drive key projects and campaigns.</p><p></p><p><b>Among the Essential Duties and <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Responsibilities </span></b>include the following;</p><ul><li><p>Leverage a deep experience with marketing campaign management and analytics to drive successful integrated multi-channel campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.</p></li><li><p>Lead digital campaign strategy for paid search and YouTube advertising campaigns, establishing best practices for campaign execution and performance optimization.</p></li><li><p>Support team members and cross-functional teams to drive various initiatives that increase content engagement, awareness, and conversion.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain effective relationships with 3rd party digital partners and agencies, and use existing experience and knowledge to ensure vendor alignment.</p></li><li><p>Manage campaign expenses to ensure budget alignment estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies</p></li><li><p>Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns</p></li><li><p>In-depth experience with bid management tools</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Ideal Experience:</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience in B2B digital marketing, demonstrating success through multiple digital channels, especially paid search, YouTube advertising and display. Work in a digital marketing agency and/or in a digital paid marketing capacity in a B2B organization is a plus.</p></li><li><p>A good understanding of SEO best practices, including executing projects that drive growth in organic traffic.</p></li><li><p>3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing, including experience managing paid search and YouTube advertising.</p></li><li><p>Possess strong project management skills, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple initiatives and aggressive timelines to execute campaigns on time.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors and agencies.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience using performance metrics to drive marketing initiatives.
