<div><b>Summary:</b><br/><strong>The Opportunity</strong> <br/><br/> Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Manager to join our Global Revenue Management department. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Commercial Services team, where you'll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. You will be part of a team that is passionate about our purpose, committed to nurturing curiosity and new skills, and building connections across the organization with colleagues, customers, and guests. <br/><br/><strong>The Role</strong> <br/><br/>Under the guidance of leadership, this person will be responsible for using their revenue management technology expertise in providing a variety of tasks in the form of, but not limited to: <br/>• Participate in the systems support needed on key projects and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership <br/>• Lead or assist in the execution and implementation of various Revenue Management initiatives, partnering with cross functional departments <br/>• Manage and oversee the CRS/RMS monthly cutover for new properties. Ensure successful implementation along with issue resolution. <br/>• Work with vendors to define requirements to develop product enhancements from ideation to production. <br/>• Provide Revenue Management perspective and leadership, when configuring and connecting new integrations <br/>• Work with vendors to define, implement, test, and ensure the successful operation of systems and data feeds <br/>• Prioritize and approve designs for integrations among Hyatt PrO (RMS), PMS, CRS, and S&C systems. <br/><br/><b>Qualifications:</b><br/> <strong>Experience Required:</strong> <br/>• Bachelor's Degree <br/>• 4+ years progressive experience in Hospitality revenue management technology, analytics, pricing/distribution. <br/>• Track record delivering large-scale platform rollouts and integrations across RMS, PMS, CRS, and S&C systems. <br/>• Extensive IDeaS G3 RMS knowledge required. <br/>• Strong working knowledge of revenue optimization (demand forecasting, price optimization, inventory controls, segmentation, channel profitability) and how it translates into product roadmaps and operating KPIs. <br/><br/> <strong>Experience Preferred: </strong> <br/>• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, analytics or a related field <br/><br/> The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing.
