With international partnerships and operations across multiple regions, they offer a dynamic and fast-paced environment focused on innovation and operational excellence.</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented <strong>Logistics & Operations Coordinator</strong> to support daily communication with domestic and international suppliers, track purchase orders and production timelines, and help coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple moving parts with accuracy and urgency.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Act as a point of contact for day-to-day communication with domestic and international suppliers.</li><li>Create purchase orders for suppliers using Oracle.</li><li>Track purchase orders, production timelines, and shipment statuses using internal systems.</li><li>Follow up on delays, discrepancies, or quality concerns.</li><li>Manage freight forwarder quote requests from the Account Management team.</li><li>Work closely with freight forwarders to coordinate customer shipments.</li><li>Assist in gathering and organizing supplier documentation, including specs, quotes, and invoices.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across internal systems.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational efficiency and timely project execution.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>2–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, project coordination, or a similar role.</li><li><strong>Fluent English</strong> with strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel.</li><li>Experience working within systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience in packaging, manufacturing, cosmetics, or consumer goods.</li><li>Familiarity with international suppliers and production timelines.</li><li>Experience coordinating shipments and working with freight forwarders.</li><li>Experience using Oracle or similar ERP systems.</li></ul><h3>Ideal Profile</h3><ul><li>Proactive and solutions-oriented.</li><li>Highly organized and dependable.</li><li>Comfortable working remotely and independently.</li><li>Able to prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.</li><li>Strong follow-up skills and commitment to operational accuracy.</li></ul>
