We are looking for qualified LPNs to provide the highest quality of care for our home health patients in a professional and compassionate manner. You will use assessment tools to manage the medical needs of a patient and identify other disciplines needed to maximize the patient’s outcome. You will be a patient advocate, and will be in communication with the primary Doctor, Clinical Team Manager, and assigned Registered Nurse, as the patient’s condition requires. This rewarding job allows you to be a part of patients’ lives and make a huge difference for them every day!

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.

  • 1 year nursing experience required, IV certification required.

  • Must have a valid FL driver's license, active car insurance, and a clean Motor Vehicle Report

  • Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
