This position serves as a resource to Financial Advisors and client/members in handling, researching and communicating inquiries regarding their accounts and supports the daily operations of the practice, including, but not limited to: answering the phones, utilizing Thrivent Financial computer systems and programs in support of client relations, supports securities and insurance related tasks and other administrative tasks as assigned. The Licensed Client Service Administrator reports to and is employed by Cornerstone Financial Group. <br><br>Position will be in office in Columbus, OH, however would consider virtual for right fit. $40,000-70,000 annually dependent upon experience. Benefits Include: PTO, Sick pay, Holidays, and Simple IRA with 3% match.<p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description</b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Enter client information into various systems</p></li><li><p>Prepare and update financial plans and presentation material for client meetings</p></li><li><p>Enter information into financial planning software and prepare draft financial plans</p></li><li><p>Deepen existing client relationships through processing of client requests, resolving client questions, and making sure client information and documentation are up to date</p></li><li><p>Research and respond to client inquiries</p></li><li><p>Finalize and track all client account and application paperwork</p></li><li><p>Gather and maintain customer suitability information</p></li><li><p>Assist in generating performance reports</p></li><li><p>Maintain information in CRM (Salesforce) system</p></li><li><p>Fill out necessary forms for opening and maintaining accounts</p></li><li><p>Handle request for transfers of funds in and out of accounts</p></li><li><p>Identify and offer recommendations on how to optimize workflows</p></li><li><p>Providing support to Advisors during client meetings</p></li><li><p>Other responsibilities as assigned by the Lead Advisor</p></li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li><p>Securities (6/63, 7/66, or 7/63 & 65) or  Life, Health, and Annuity registration required</p></li><li><p>Degree in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated customer service <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">orientation/experience,</span> 2+ years preferred</p></li><li><p>Extremely strong organizational skills</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce) or ability to learn</p></li><li><p>Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions</p></li><li><p>Ability to maintain integrity of <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">sensitive/confidential</span> information</p></li></ul><p><b>External/Internal Dependencies</b></p><ul><li>Must be able to work with all roles of the Cornerstone Financial Group</li><li>Must be able to represent the organization in work with external clients</li><li>Must be able to cultivate and maintain relationships with outside organizations</li></ul><p></p><p>As part of Cornerstone Financial Group's <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">recruiting/hiring/contracting</span> process, a verification of a candidate's background will be made to complete the process.
