Due to continued growth, we are adding a Legal Nurse Consultant to our team in Minneapolis, MN working onsite and remote in a hybrid environment. As a Legal Nurse Consultant with our firm, you will enjoy the challenge of working on various complex defense litigation matters in a business casual environment. We have a fun and collaborative environment with work from home and in office flexibility.

Skills:

  • Compile, analyze and summarize medical records
  • Create medical summaries and chronologies
  • Manage files to ensure information is organized according to best practice
  • Advise attorneys and staff on cases and assist other team members in delivering favorable outcomes for our clients
  • Prepare for and attend nationwide trials (as needed)
  • Account for daily time including details of work performed on each case

Qualifications:

  • Advanced research, writing, and organizational skills
  • Superior customer service skills (internal team members and external clients)
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to travel via air to attend trial (as needed)
  • Ability to work overtime, as needed, to meet client needs and court deadlines

Education and Experience:

  • R.N. license required with a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years of legal nurse consultant or medical review analyst experience required
  • Law firm experience is a plus

Salary Range $90,000 - $100,000 DOE
