<p>About the job</p> <p>At Radiant Law, winner of multiple awards as a legal pioneer, we are continuing to see exciting new client work coming through from a rapidly expanding international client base. We are now recruiting attorneys with between 3 and 5 years of post-admission experience to join our commercial contracts team.</p> <p>We are looking for lawyers who ideally have a solid background in commercial and procurement contracts, including experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating high-value and complex agreements. This may include MSAs, SOWs, supply of goods and services, licensing and other types of agreements.<br /> Use data to understand and improve how we’re delivering for clients.<br /> Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, often collaborating with our software developers, legal engineers and document automation specialists.<br /> Deliver process improvement projects and help us show clients how we keep getting better.<br /> Share your knowledge by documenting learnings and leading internal training.<br /> Over time, take on responsibility for managing client accounts and owning the success of our service delivery.</p> <p>What we’re looking for</p> <p>You should:</p> <p>Be based in Cape Town or Johannesburg.<br /> Be an admitted attorney, with between 3 and 5 years of post-articles experience (time spent working in-house is particularly of interest).<br /> Have experience, or a strong interest, in commercial contracts.
