Process customer lease extensions as required. </li> <li>Vehicle Recovery: Contact customers who have not returned their vehicle at the dealership at lease end. Locate vehicles when customers refuse or ignore requests and take actions to repossess the vehicle. </li> <li>Account Management: Follow up on all accounts due to mature to ensure vehicles are inspected appropriately before turn-in. </li> <li>Record Keeping: Ensure all necessary entries are made in the system of records. </li> <li>Payment Processing: Process payments, including credit card transactions, as required. </li> <li>Vehicle Disposal: Ensure vehicles are ready for disposal in a timely manner. </li> <li>Reporting: Generate reports as requested. </li> <li>Dealer Support: Serve as an educational and operational resource for dealers in the end-of-lease process. </li> <li>Remarketing Interface: Collaborate with the Remarketing team in Pickering and auctions to ensure accurate processing of end-of-term and early termination invoicing and other departmental needs. </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualification requirements</b></h2> </div><div><p>Formal Education: </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>DEC required. </li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset. </li> </ul> <p>Experience: </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>2-3 years of experience in financial services. </li> <li>Customer service experience in a call center, handling both inbound and outbound calls. </li> <li>2 years of experience in the Automotive Finance Business is a considerable asset. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Competencies: </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Fluent in both English and French, spoken and written. </li> <li>Exceptional negotiation skills. </li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. </li> <li>Strong analytical thinking. </li> <li>Highly organized with the ability to multi-task. </li> <li>Attention to detail and precision. </li> <li>Ability to foster a cooperative environment and build team cohesiveness. </li> <li>Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet). </li> </ul> <p>Specialized Skills, Knowledge, or Certifications: </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Knowledge of retail auto loans is an asset. </li> <li>Good working knowledge of Canadian consumer laws pertaining to automotive leases and loans is an asset. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Work Schedule </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>The work week is 37.5 hours. </li> <li>The selected candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. <br> <p>Salary range is dependent on factors such as industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications.  <br>The salary for this role is between $51,000 - $61,000.
