This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Performance Data Operations - REMOTE. In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind performance improvement initiatives focused on population health.

Your work will influence health equity, quality improvement, and cost-effectiveness for high-risk populations. As the analytical lead, you will take charge of complex datasets and analytics, bridging data with organizational strategy. Your leadership will foster collaboration across various teams, ensuring that population health measures are integrated into operations, and that executives understand actionable insights derived from data analysis.

Accountabilities

  • Execute the Population Health Impact Performance Improvement Vision & Roadmap by building and maintaining complex datasets.
  • Lead end-to-end program management for Population Health Impact initiatives, overseeing all phases from scoping to execution.
  • Transform complex findings into clear, actionable insights for executives, field teams, and partners.
  • Establish strong, trust-based relationships across functions to align on priorities and timelines for improvement initiatives.
  • Drive performance improvement cycles using advanced analytics and effective project management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Tableau and SQL, with a proven ability to build and analyze scalable datasets.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in population health or healthcare analytics.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth data analyses, including segmentation and cohort analysis.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting complex data to diverse audiences.
