You’ll be joining our <strong>LC Email Platform team</strong>, which builds and maintains core capabilities such as <strong>Emails messaging, Email Verification, Dedicated Domains and IPs, Warmup Tool, Email Inbox, and platform integrations</strong> that power communication for thousands of businesses.</p> <p>Our Email platform currently processes <strong>over 1.5 Billion messages per month</strong>, and we are on a strategic journey to <strong>scale this to 4 Billion messages per month</strong>, aiming to become <strong>the leading BSP(Business Service Provider) in the industry</strong>. Similarly, our platform supports <strong>450K+ active businesses using our email services</strong>, and we’re aggressively scaling this to <strong>1 Million+ users</strong> as we expand our global footprint. This growth trajectory demands a leader who can architect highly scalable systems, anticipate platform bottlenecks, and design infrastructure capable of supporting massive scale with predictable performance.</p> <p>This role requires someone who is comfortable working on <strong>high-scale, mission-critical platform components</strong>. You’ll take ownership of challenges related to <strong>system stability, performance optimization, distributed architecture improvements, operational efficiency, cost management, and security hardening</strong> across our Email infrastructure. You will drive architectural decisions, lead complex problem solving, reduce long-standing tech debt, and ensure our services remain <strong>resilient, observable, and compliant</strong> with various Email Service Providers (ESP) requirements.</p> <p>As a technical leader, you will collaborate closely with product, infrastructure, and cross-functional engineering teams to <strong>design robust APIs</strong>, improve <strong>end-to-end delivery pipelines</strong>, enhance <strong>monitoring and alerting</strong>, streamline platform operations, and shape the <strong>long-term technical roadmap</strong> for the entire Email ecosystem within HighLevel.
