Position is Full time.<br><br> </div><div> <strong><u>Responsibilities:<br></u></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Visiting customers at their home addresses to inquire about their past due account</li> <li>Evaluate past due account information provided and speak intelligently to a customer regarding their account status</li> <li>Update account information as it applies in real time using a technical device</li> <li>Use software to notate conversations with customers along with outcome of visit</li> <li>Take payments from a customer using a technical device</li> <li>Deliver notes and written correspondence to the address where it would apply, of past due customers </li> <li>Communicate via email or telephone with Call Center, Store, and Executive Office Management where it would apply, regarding information, status, results, etc. encountered while in the field regarding a customer’s account.</li> <li>The above list of responsibilities for Collector are subject to change or be added to during the course of employment as the operational needs of the department changes</li> </ul><div> </div><div> <strong><u>Requirements:<br></u></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Must have valid driver’s license</li> <li>Cooperative disposition and the ability to work within structured parameters</li> <li>Positive attitude</li> <li>Desire to learn and develop professionally</li> <li>Attention to detail and the ability to reason and think quickly and effectively</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Some experience in collections preferred but not required.
