A Woman’s Touch is a growing interior design studio seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Interior Design Assistant / VA to support active residential and commercial projects.

This role focuses on design execution and organization, not conceptual design. You’ll be working from clear creative direction, renders, measurements, and templates to help move projects forward efficiently.

U.S.-based candidates only. Central or Eastern Time preferred.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain shopping lists / procurement lists for client projects

Source furniture, lighting, decor, and artwork using provided direction and vendor links

Build and update client-ready presentations (Canva or Google Slides)

Import and organize product images, artwork, links, and pricing

Keep files, folders, and notes clean and clearly labeled in Google Drive

Support active projects with fast turnaround and attention to detail

Required Skills

Experience with interior design sourcing or procurement

Familiarity with vendor websites and trade platforms

Availability

U.S.-based only

Must be available during U.S. business hours

Same-day communication required during active project weeks

Contract Structure

Trial period to ensure alignment

Ongoing work available for the right fit

Mix of hourly and task-based work depending on project needs
