Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through a personalized end‑to‑end sales journey by assessing needs, demonstrating product expertise, conducting test drives, and maintaining strong relationships that convert interest into loyal Lucid ownership.
  • Own the sales pipeline and transaction process by managing CRM activity in Salesforce, meeting sales goals, facilitating financing and documentation, and coordinating closely with Financial Services and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth order‑to‑delivery experience.
  • Deliver a premium, brand‑defining experience through clear communication, deep knowledge of the competitive EV landscape, and a goal‑driven mindset that pairs exceptional customer experience with high performance.
  • Own market performance and business health by setting and executing sales, marketing, and operational strategies, analyzing KPIs and trends, managing budgets, and removing barriers to consistently meet or exceed targets across the retail studio(s).
  • Drive local and regional demand generation by leading outbound marketing, events, and partnerships that grow brand awareness, increase market share, and translate high‑quality traffic into Lucid owners.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire high‑performing teams by hiring and coaching talent, setting clear goals, resolving escalations, and delivering a seamless, premium customer experience that reflects Lucid’s brand at every touchpoint.
  • Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience by ensuring consistent, personalized interactions across the studio, supporting complex customer situations, managing VIP relationships, and serving as a senior sales advisor when needed.
  • Own studio operations and execution by overseeing day‑to‑day retail performance, scheduling, merchandising, facility standards, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure a seamless, on‑brand customer journey from reservation through delivery.

  • Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire
