Instagram Growth & Outreach Specialist (Engagement-Driven – Women’s Wellness Brand)

Other Jobs To Apply

No other job posts for this day.

Description:

I’m building a U.S.-based women’s wellness brand in the supplement space, focused on education, trust, and long-term customer relationships.

I’m looking for someone who can help grow the account through real engagement and outreach — not content posting.

Content, design, and scheduling are already handled separately.

Your role is to create movement, conversations, and connections.

What This Role Is About:

This is not about being “active” on Instagram.

This is about growing a brand through intentional interaction.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Engaging daily with the right audience (not random activity)

- Starting meaningful conversations in comments and DMs

- Identifying and interacting with relevant accounts in our niche

- Recognizing opportunities to connect, support, and build trust

- Identifying potential collaborators and initiating outreach

- Following up consistently with potential partners

What I’m Looking For:

- Proven experience growing Instagram accounts through engagement (not just posting)

- Strong written English for a U.S. audience

- Ability to communicate in a natural, human, non-salesy tone

- Proactive mindset — you notice things and act on them

- Good judgment — you know what feels appropriate vs. spammy

- Comfortable working independently without step-by-step direction

Important:

I will provide brand direction and tone, but I don’t have time to train or teach fundamentals.

You should already understand:

- how to engage without sounding generic

- how to start conversations that feel real

- how to identify the right accounts to interact with

- how to approach outreach in a way that protects the brand

To Apply, Please Answer:

1. If you had to grow a new account in the women’s wellness space with no ads, what would you do in your first 7 days? Be specific.

2. How do you decide which accounts are worth engaging with?

3. Share 1–2 examples of accounts you’ve helped grow through engagement. What did you actually do?

4. Write 2 example comments you would leave on a post about menopause or hormonal changes (make them feel natural, not generic).

Scope & Structure:

- Fixed price

- 1-week paid trial to evaluate fit

- Potential ongoing monthly collaboration

Looking for someone who understands that growth comes from conversations and relationships, not just activity.
