You will represent Great Minds with professionalism and deep product knowledge to expand partnerships and drive the adoption of high-quality instructional materials and services across your assigned territory.</p><p><strong><br>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Sales Strategy and Execution:</p><ul><li><p>Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on new sales, renewals, and services to drive growth and meet sales targets within assigned small accounts.</p></li><li><p>Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by continuously identifying customer needs, monitoring district initiatives, and collecting insights to effectively position GM products and services.</p></li><li><p>Consistently meet and exceed key performance metrics, including sales quota, pipeline development goals and customer engagement benchmarks.</p></li><li><p>Utilize data to track performance, refine sales strategies, and maintain accurate territory forecasts.</p></li><li><p>Monitor competitive activity and gather market intelligence through regular customer interactions and internal feedback systems.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p>Pipeline and Lead Management:</p><ul><li><p>Manage inbound and outbound leads by driving timely follow-up and guiding prospects through virtual discovery meetings to uncover new sales opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Confidently engage with district-level decision-makers through clear, professional communication.</p></li><li><p>Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrate strong knowledge of educational programs and underlying pedagogical approaches.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p>Relationship Building and Stakeholder Engagement:</p><ul><li><p>Build strong, influential relationships with key stakeholders through consistent virtual engagement, participation in online district and regional events, proactive implementation support, and the delivery of valuable insights.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful product and service implementations.</p></li><li><p>Share actionable feedback and account trends with the Sales Manager to support strategic planning and leadership communication.</p></li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><br><br><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>1+ years of sales experience in the education sector with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals; or 3+ years of classroom teaching experience with a demonstrated ability to influence decisions, communicate value, and drive outcomes aligned with sales goals.</p></li><li><p>Experience either as an educator or educational sales professional within the state of TX is required.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of curriculum and pedagogy with the ability to clearly communicate the value of educational solutions in a remote setting.</p></li><li><p>Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to track progress and drive results.</p></li><li><p>Experience collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams to support key opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Strong ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers in a virtual environment, ensuring satisfaction and renewals.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work independently while staying organized and accountable in a remote work setting.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong>Required Education</strong></p><p>Bachelor’s degree</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong>Status</strong></p><p>Full-time, remote</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong>Location</strong></p><p>Candidates must be based in TX to be considered.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p>The expected base salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000, however the offered salary<strong> </strong>may be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations.
