This role initially serves as the Project Manager for Project Nirvana, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, dependencies, and risks, and acting as the primary driver of execution.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Beyond individual implementations, this role is responsible for establishing, standardizing, and continuously improving repeatable implementation and deployment processes, leveraging lessons learned, metrics, and stakeholder feedback to improve scalability, efficiency, and client outcomes over time.</span></p> <br><font color="016097"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></font><br><br><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Implementation & Deployment Execution</span><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Own the full lifecycle of dPlat implementations, from kickoff through production deployment</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Serve as Project Manager for Project Nirvana, driving execution, accountability, and delivery</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues impacting delivery</span></li></ul></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Cross-Functional Coordination</span><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, and Client teams</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Facilitate regular status reviews, stakeholder updates, and escalation management</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ensure alignment between technical delivery, business readiness, and client expectations</span></li></ul></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Process & Operating Model Development</span><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Establish and evolve repeatable implementation and deployment playbooks</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Define standard workflows, templates, and delivery artifacts</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Incorporate lessons learned and post-implementation feedback into process improvements</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Scalable, repeatable implementation processes adopted across teams</span></li></ul></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Quality, Readiness & Go-Live Management</span><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ensure implementation deliverables meet quality, security, and compliance standards</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead go-live readiness reviews and deployment coordination</span></li></ul></li></ul> <br><font color="016097"><strong>Qualifications</strong></font><br><br><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong></span><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology implementations</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience managing enterprise or SaaS platform deployments</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated experience integrating with enterprise ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, and similar platforms</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong background in project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall as appropriate)</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience with platform or data-driven products (e.g., dPlat or similar systems)</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience working with regulated or enterprise clients</span></li></ul></li></ul><h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Physical Requirements:</span></h1><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Normal, corrective vision range; ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend and reach</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to reach with hands and arms</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30lbs </span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> </span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Work Conditions:</span></strong></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
