ServiceNow Developer w/ Active DOD Secret or top secret clearance IAT Level II or III preferred.

Job Location/Job Type: Remote with travel on site for quarterly meetings

ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and enhance ServiceNow applications and integrations that support multiple projects. You’ll work hands-on across ITSM and adjacent modules, develop high-quality scripts and flows, integrate with enterprise systems, and collaborate within an Agile team to deliver secure solutions aligned with Navy requirements and standards. This role will also be responsible for developing features, leveraging ServiceNow Virtual Agents and Now Assist.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and configure ITSM and/or CRM ServiceNow modules to meet mission requirements.
  • Build workflows, dashboards, and integrations with ServiceNow.
  • Write clean, maintainable JavaScript using the Glide API (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs).
  • Develop access controls for ServiceNow applications.
  • Design, create and extend data tables.
  • Define database views and GlideRecord queries.
  • Build AI features with ServiceNow Virtual Agents and Now Assist.
  • Participate in user story grooming and refinement; estimate and deliver within Scrum sprints.
  • Troubleshoot incidents/problems, perform defect resolution, and execute performance tuning.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must hold an active Secret or Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline or a minimum of three (3) years relevant specialized experience.
  • 3 + years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • One of more of the following ServiceNow Micro-Certs: Virtual Agent Implementor, Delivery Accreditation – Now Assist for ITSM, or Delivery Accreditation – AI Agents.
  • Proven ability to design, configure, and implement complex ServiceNow modules, workflows, and business rules.
  • Experience with Virtual Agent Designer configuring ServiceNow Virtual Agents.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript.
  • Proven experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with technical teams and government stakeholders.

NICE TO HAVES

  • CAD (Certified Application Developer – ServiceNow) certification.
  • Clearance: U.S. Citizen; Active DOD Secret clearance or Top Secret DoD Clearance.
