About the RoleReporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of Creative is a key member of the Banana Republic Marketing Leadership Team and oversees the internal creative organization. The Head of Creative will lead the end-to-end creative vision for Banana Republic and Banana Republic Factory, overseeing art direction, copy, design and experiential while partnering across Marketing, Product, Visual Merchandising, and external agencies.
This leader will drive cultural relevance and sharpen brand codes to build brand heat across every touchpoint. They will deliver emotionally resonant and strategically grounded creative that enhances storytelling and drives business impact. They will build and inspire a high-performing, diverse team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability to ensure the work is distinctive and consistent.
Salary Range: $320,000 - $350,000 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.What You'll Do

  • Lead and evolve a creative strategy that authentically connects with the customer.
  • Champion creative concepts that tie to Banana Republic’s purpose and positioning and span across retail, digital, social, packaging and experiential. 
  • Ensure all creative expressions reflect Banana Republic’s unique brand voice, maintaining consistency and emotional resonance across every touchpoint.
  • Lead creative vision behind brand events and experiences to ensure brand consistency and innovation.
  • Leverage consumer and cultural insights to inform creative decisions that drive engagement and strengthen brand connection.
  • Define and execute a holistic creative vision aligned with Banana Republic’s long-term vision and marketing strategy.
  • Drive a high-performance creative culture that values inclusivity, innovation, and accountability.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing, Product, and Visual Merchandising to ensure creative direction supports business goals and strengthens brand distinction.
