You will: define and roll out global value propositions and positioning; translate “how to win” priorities into portfolio direction and practical go-to-market playbooks; and equip regions with launch toolkits, campaign assets, and sales-enablement materials they can localize and execute. You’ll coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Market Intelligence, Innovation, Commercial Excellence, and Digital to align priorities, timelines, and messaging, ensuring consistent execution across markets. You’ll also monitor performance and adoption (e.g., campaign results, launch readiness, pipeline enablement), turning insights into clear recommendations that improve commercial discipline and drive measurable growth.</p><p></p><p><b>Who we’re looking for</b></p><p>We’re looking for someone who lives Nutreco’s EVP “Own It”—a proactive, accountable marketer who can execute strategy globally by translating the Companion Animal species strategy into clear value propositions, portfolio activation, and scalable playbooks that regions can implement with confidence. You combine creative innovation with commercial discipline, bringing fresh thinking to campaigns, launches, and sales enablement while staying anchored in customer and market insight. Comfortable in a matrixed, international environment, you have a strong ability to manage ambiguity, align diverse stakeholders, and make progress even when inputs are evolving—always focusing on measurable in-market impact.</p><p></p><p><b>You’ll also need</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Global/regional B2B marketing experience (7–10+ years):</b> Proven success in animal nutrition, pet food, ingredients, food, or other nutrition/animal health solutions-based industries, with strong agency/vendor management.</p></li><li><p><b>Strategic marketing capability:</b> Able to translate “how to win” strategy into clear value propositions, positioning, segmentation-aligned messaging, and portfolio priorities.</p></li><li><p><b>Go-to-market & activation execution:</b> Demonstrated ability to build and deploy playbooks, integrated campaigns, and innovation launch plans that regions can localize and execute.</p></li><li><p><b>Commercial acumen + enablement:</b> Strong partnership with Sales/Commercial teams; experience supporting sales enablement, GTM discipline, and adoption of commercial foundations and performance measurement.</p></li><li><p><b>Matrix leadership competencies:</b> Influences without authority across global and regional stakeholders; excellent project management, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration while balancing global consistency with local relevance.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you’ll receive</b></p><p>As part of Nutreco, you’ll be a member of the SHV family, a diverse group of companies with global footprint.
