We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Fulfillment Operations Manager with a strong background in B2B and DTC fulfillment operations, as well as account management.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between Stanley 1913's eCommerce Sales and Business Development teams and our third-party logistics (3PL) providers. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of sales orders while fostering strong, collaborative relationships with both internal and external partners.</span></p> <h4><span style="font-size: 12pt;">What You'll Do</span></h4> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Responsible for monitoring and expediting fulfillment of sales orders to ensure timely delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain continuous contact with 3PL partners to understand their daily operations, daily and weekly capacities, and VAS capabilities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as key POC for select 3PL sites for day-to-day order management.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Resolve inquiries and issues related to order fulfillment and shipping.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide Monthly inbound reporting to 3PL’s for TL’s and containers.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate container transloads and repositioning with Supply Chain (SC) planning and logistics team.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support rework and circularity projects.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Continuously evaluate and collaborate with 3PL’s to improve fulfillment processes.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with internal teams to manage, OH inventory levels, IB/OB forecasts, 3PL capacity.</span></li> </ul> <h4><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Who You Are</span></h4> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Detailed understanding of warehouse management systems, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment procedures. Experience working with and building relationships with a 3PL is a must.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience working within an ERP, OMS, WMS, and vendor portals – experience with Manhattan, Maves, Vendor Central, Blue Yonder, and Oracle is a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work within tight timelines and pivot quickly to changes in priority.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must have the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment and deliver outcomes within set deadlines.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving competence and dedication to delivering a clear, efficient solution to internal and external collaborators.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Detail oriented, highly motivated, and self-directed.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively and proactively with across all levels of an organization and outside partners</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">7+ years of experience in omni-channel fulfillment operations (B2B and DTC) and account management, providing operational support for key retailers and sales teams is a must.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven track record of successful managing a 3PL B2B and DTC fulfillment network.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including planning, procurement, and logistics.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated capability in negotiation and networking.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of warehouse operations and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Willingness to travel up to 30% to our 3PL partners for frequent operational reviews</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">***Must be located in WA, CA, TX, IL, or PA.***</span></li> </ul> <p>#LI-TI1</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Stanley 1913 is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
