Our internship program for (near-)graduates offers meaningful projects, mentorship and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills through hands-on experience. It’s not just on-the-job learning, but a chance to develop both personally and professionally.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • You will learn to build and maintain trusted relationships across organizational boundaries by collaborating and building networks.
  • You will learn to use your energy, enthusiasm and inspiration to motivate others to action and accomplish goals that will drive our results
  • You will learn to adapt your style to an ever changing business environment, managing pressure and embracing change to drive the transformation within Hard Discount & Non-Food Retail.
  • You will learn how to retrieve, analyze and use data for solid decision making
  • You will learn to think creatively in order to problem solve and achieve results
