They also play a key role in maintenance, training, and technical support to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty.<br> <br><strong>Principal tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Install OPTEL systems at client sites in accordance with established standards;</li><li>Carry out mechanical and electrical installation while ensuring compliance with quality standards;</li><li>Collaborate with the technical support and factory design team to diagnose and resolve issues;</li><li>Train end-users on the proper use of OPTEL systems;</li><li>Prepare complete and accurate installation reports;</li><li>Support clients during system qualification;</li><li>Perform maintenance and repair on installed systems, as requested by the customer service department;</li><li>Conduct engineering visits when required;</li><li>Produce detailed service reports;</li><li>Identify potential sales opportunities (new contracts, complementary systems).</li></ul><p><br><strong>Requisite Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>College diploma in electronics, computer science, electromechanics, or related field, or equivalent experience;</li><li>Strong knowledge in computer science and electronics;</li><li>Experience in the pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetics industries (asset);</li><li>Hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment;</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly;</li><li>Excellent time management, prioritization, and ability to work effectively under pressure;</li><li>Strong client orientation and solid teamwork skills;</li><li>Resourcefulness, adaptability, versatility, and flexibility;</li><li><strong>Availability to travel approximately three weeks per month;</strong></li><li><strong>Valid driver’s license and passport;</strong></li><li>High curiosity and willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence.</li></ul><p><br><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li><li>Comprehensive group insurance plan</li><li>A global organization with a presence on several continents</li></ul><p><br><em>OPTEL is an equal opportunity employer.
