This role requires building strong, trusted relationships with customers and providing expert guidance to address their needs. <b>This position will be located in Moncton, New Brunswick. and will be remote.</b> </p><p></p><p><b>In this role, a typical day will look like:</b> </p><ul><li>Provide ongoing care and support for our customer's equipment. </li></ul><ul><li>Install our products and solutions at customer locations. </li></ul><ul><li>Diagnose and resolve challenges and problems. </li></ul><ul><li>Become a trusted advisor and partner for our customers, to develop excellent relationships. </li></ul><ul><li>Extend our Videojet footprint in the market by promoting our service agreements and newer technology. </li></ul><ul><li><b>Travel within a 2-hour radius from Moncton, New Brunswick. For training purposes, you will need to travel more than usual, but with sufficient notice.</b> </li></ul><p></p><p><b>The essential requirements of the job include</b><i>:</i> </p><ul><li>At least 2 years of field service experience and/or customer-facing roles. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel (initial training requires consecutive weeks in Wood Dale, including weekends) </li></ul><ul><li>A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience in repairing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing various types of equipment.
