About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead our global field marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive demand generation and enhance brand awareness including trade shows, webinars, customer appreciation events, content & tool development, and field marketing campaigns. As a key member of the marketing team, the Field Manager will work closely with sales, CS, product, and marketing teams to align on objectives and deliver impactful marketing programs that enhance our brand presence and foster growth. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing plans, including but not limited to events, roadshows, seminars, trade shows, and networking opportunities that align with sales objectives; • Ensure that activities deliver a positive return on investment; • Collaborate with the sales team to understand market-specific dynamics and opportunities, and create tailored campaigns that are both personal and scalable; • Develop and implement a strategic events plan that aligns with the company's marketing goals and brand strategy; • Manage all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and onsite execution with the support of an external agency; • Track, measure, and analyze event performance against defined KPIs, providing reports on ROI and recommendations for future improvements; • Manage the end-to-end execution of field marketing initiatives, from initial planning to post-event analysis and reporting; • Lead the creation of tools and channels to support the sales team in effectively communicating value propositions; • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and brand presentation across all field marketing touchpoints; • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, incorporating new ideas and technologies to enhance field marketing initiatives and the event experience for attendees to maximize engagement.
