We also like to have fun!  Our focus on culture has contributed to Significance being named a Washington Business Journal Best Place to Work each of the last seven years. </p><p><br></p><p>Signficiance, Inc. is seeking an <strong>FI/FM Functional SME to support an Army Porgram.  This positions requires an active Secret Clearance and is remote.  </strong></p> <p> </p> <p>The Army EBS-C program is consolidating four separate SAP ECC instances into a single composable SAP S/4HANA transactional core, using tools such as SNP Crystalbridge for system migration. The FI/FM Functional SME brings deep expertise in SAP Public Sector Finance and the Funds Management module, supporting the design, configuration, testing, and go-live of the consolidated platform. This role requires the ability to track and control detailed budgets across Fund, Funds Center, and Commitment Item dimensions, while also integrating with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting modules. The SME will facilitate requirements workshops, drive business process design, and coordinate across architects, developers, and business analysts to ensure functional solutions meet all federal financial management requirements. SAFe Agile certification is expected within 60 days of onboarding.</p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>Required Skills:</b><div>•    10+ years SAP ECC Finance experience<br>•    Deep expertise in the Funds Management (FM) module including Fund, Funds Center, and Commitment Item budget structures<br>•    Working knowledge of FM integration with GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting modules<br>•    Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and facilitate complex solutioning workshops<br>•    Experience developing and managing large, complex test efforts<br>•    Ability to coordinate across architects, developers, BASIS, Middleware, and business analysts<br>•    Understanding of Agile project delivery; SAFe certification required within 60 days of start</div><p><br></p><b>Desired Skills:</b><div>•    SAP Public Sector Finance / Funds Management experience in a federal government context<br>•    S/4HANA implementation or migration experience<br>•    Experience with ECC to S/4HANA migration projects using SNP Crystalbridge or SAP DMLT<br>•    Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - Public Sector)<br>•    Prior DoD or Army financial management system experience<br>•    CDFM, CGFM, CPA, or equivalent federal finance certifications</div><p><br></p><p></p> <div>$187,000 - $196,000 a year</div> <p><span style="font-size: 16px">At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range.
