You're in the right place. Our team (FC Global Creative) is an idea factory, transforming brand briefs into concepts, creative platforms, and (eventually) campaigns. We're hoping to add even<br /> more ideas to the squad-ideas that will become trailers, social campaigns, and digital billboards from Madrid to Shinjuku.<br /> Maybe you have a background in design or art direction. Maybe you're more into words. Both make a great FC Creative over here. What we're looking for is someone whose work-whether rooted in pixels or letters-starts with concepts. Someone who grounds ideas in insights. Someone who can construct a clear narrative. Someone who can't help but spitball 10 different ways to bring something to life. Oh, and someone who likes working with other someones. That's a big one here.<br /> If you're the type of football fan who knows where Ivan Perisic started his career, that'll serve you well. And if you're the type of FC player who has a full Evo XI in FUT, that's even better. But if you don't know a ton about either-that's ok, we'll teach you (and likely all pitch you incessantly on why you should support 'our' team). Apply.<br /> RESPONSIBILITIES:<br /> • Concept and execute creative campaigns for use across multiple platforms and regions<br /> • Work alongside other global creative team members to maintain brand messaging and creative excellence<br /> • Collaborate with global franchise marketing and cross functional teams to produce best-in-class creative<br /> • Ensure creative ideas are well-articulated and on-brief<br /> • Present work to key stakeholders, articulating concepts with energy and enthusiasm<br /> REQUIREMENTS:<br /> • 5+ years in creative fields (copy, design, or video)<br /> • Experience in leading creative work from concept to execution in fast-paced environments<br /> • You are a creative storyteller at heart<br /> • Ability to navigate through shifting priorities, pivots, and feedback with agility and a solutions-oriented mindset with multiple stakeholders<br /> • You are interested in the power of football and understand the cultural and creative potential of the sport. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).<br /> PAY RANGES<br /> * California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$83,100 - $127,500 USD<br /> Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.<br /> In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
