In this position, you are responsible for supporting Human Resources and Payroll Administrative functions.</p><ul><li>HYBRID SCHEDULE (Mon-Wed In-Office and Thurs-Fri Work From Home) </li></ul><p><b>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><p>(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.)</p><ul><li>Completes Employment Verifications</li><li>Creates and tracks adherence to human resources training modules including employment law, reasonable suspicion, and other required trainings</li><li>Handles a variety of clerical duties to include Employee Relations folders and Termination documents online retention system</li><li>Handles internal on-boarding transfer processes for client group</li><li>Responds to Unemployment Claims</li><li>Reviews completed annual performance evaluations from client group</li><li>Sends weekly separation notices</li><li>Spends 25% of time, or two days per week processing company-wide payroll</li><li>Supports company wide recognition program</li><li>Supports talent management process</li><li>Supports the employee relations function including answering and responding to the employee hot line</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><b>Travel</b></p><ul><li>None</li></ul><br><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p><b>Employment is contingent on</b></p><ul><li>Background check (company-wide).
