The Employee Relations Specialist supports a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment by managing employee relations matters, conducting investigations, helping ensure fair and consistent resolution of workplace concerns.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>This is a remote position, but the candidate must reside in the State of Washington.</b></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Manage employee relations cases from intake through resolution.</li><li>Conduct investigations involving workplace conduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, threats, and other policy concerns.</li><li>Provide guidance to leaders on employee relations issues, documentation, corrective action, and separations.</li><li>Assess complaints and concerns to determine risk, required response, and escalation needs.</li><li>Prepare clear, timely, and defensible case documentation, summaries, and recommendations.</li><li>Support consistent interpretation and application of company policy across assigned locations.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive matters with sound judgment and professionalism.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.</li><li>3 to 5 years of employee relations, human resources, investigations, or related experience.</li><li>Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee issues.</li><li>Strong judgment and ability to assess facts, apply policy, and make sound recommendations.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong interviewing, conflict resolution, and documentation skills.</li><li>Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and competing priorities.</li><li>Ability to build effective partnerships with leaders, HR Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency with case management systems, HR systems, and Microsoft Office tools.</li></ul><p></p><p>The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000-$110,000 annually.
