This role is responsible for driving functional engineering excellence via process and tool standardization, as well as execution oversight. This leader will actively establish a center of excellence and community of practice, serving as the primary electrical engineering architecture authority for modularization, reuse and development acceleration.</p><p>This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of product development across the enterprise, enabling world-class engineering capabilities and innovation velocity. You will play a pivotal role in building a unified, modern, high-performance R&D ecosystem that accelerates product development and scales the company’s technology advantage.</p><p>Beyond technical leadership, you will play a critical role in mentoring and developing engineers across the organization to function as an effective, collaborative unit. Acting as the primary electrical engineering enterprise champion for the team, the Electrical Engineering Solutions Architect removes barriers, accelerates decisions, and fosters a culture of empowerment across the organization.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities </b></p><p><b> Product Lifecycle Optimization</b></p><ul><li><p>Accelerate the Product Lifecycle (PLC) across the organization by driving a single enterprise-wide best-practice of the electrical engineering ecosystem with standardized frameworks and governance.</p></li><li><p>Lead training, coaching, and change management to ensure adoption across all business groups.</p></li><li><p>Use KPIs and analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Engineering for Excellence </b></p><ul><li><p>Define and maintain enterprise-level electrical engineering standards, tools, test methods, and design frameworks.</p></li><li><p>Lead the Electrical engineering Leadership Forum to drive alignment and best-practice sharing.</p></li><li><p>Partner with product and technology leaders to strengthen technical rigor and innovative culture.</p></li><li><p>Serve as a leadership role model across the organization, mentoring emerging leaders and promoting a high-performance culture that values accountability and collaboration.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Digital Tool Chain Management </b></p><ul><li><p>Manage and modernize the end-to-end digital development tool chain and ensure enterprise modular design and hardware reuse.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate, deploy, and integrate common tools that enhance productivity and process efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Provide training and best-practice guidance to ensure consistent, effective tool usage</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Shared Capability Development</b></p><ul><li><p>Establish a electrical engineering design hub to enable scalable, high-quality engineering support.</p></li><li><p>Drive engineering initiatives to optimize development costs, architectural design deployment, accelerate time-to-market and effective transfer into manufacturing.</p></li><li><p>Optimize designs for supply chain stability and continued post-market production.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2></h2><h2><b>Qualifications</b></h2><p></p><p><b>Education</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering.
