<p><b>As an E-Commerce & Marketing Specialist, your essential job responsibilities will include the following:</b></p><p></p><p><b>E-Commerce & Marketing Operations</b></p><ul><li>Lead the Walmart 1P and Walmart 3P financial plan by tracking performance vs. targets (revenue, CM, CVR, AOV) and surfacing risks/opportunities.</li><li>Maintain dashboards/models that tie initiatives to expected lift; document assumptions, results, and learnings.</li><li>Monitor channel mix efficiency and margin guardrails; recommend optimizations based on inventory and performance trends.
