<p>Description</p><p><strong>Ignite Education Group</strong></p><p><strong>Director/VP of Marketing</strong></p><p>(Remote – United States)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>Ignite Education Group, the management company overseeing Ignite Learning Academy (online K-12 private school) and Ignite Achievement Academy (Charlotte-based private schools serving students with special needs) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director/VP of Marketing to join our team. This individual will lead strategic marketing efforts with an immediate primary focus on growing enrollment for Ignite Learning Academy.</p><p>This individual will play a key leadership role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies designed to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and drive sustainable enrollment growth. Success in this role will be measured largely by the individual’s ability to increase student enrollment and support the continued expansion of the school.</p><p>The Director/VP of Marketing will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with school leadership, admissions/enrollment staff, and other administrative team members.</p><p>This is a fully remote position and candidates may reside anywhere within the United States.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Strategic Marketing Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with organizational growth goals </li><li>Create and oversee short-term and long-term enrollment marketing initiatives </li><li>Identify new opportunities to increase brand visibility and student enrollment nationwide </li><li>Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and enrollment data to inform decision-making </li><li>Build and strengthen brand positioning for Ignite Learning Academy within the online education market </li><li>Build and strengthen brand positioning for other Ignite Education Group programs</li></ul><p><strong>Enrollment Growth & Lead Generation</strong></p><ul><li>Drive measurable enrollment growth through strategic marketing campaigns </li><li>Develop campaigns focused on lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization </li><li>Collaborate closely with the enrollment/admissions team to improve inquiry-to-enrollment conversion rates </li><li>Monitor enrollment funnels and marketing performance metrics to maximize ROI </li><li>Utilize data analytics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness </li></ul><p><strong>Digital Marketing & Content Strategy</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee digital advertising initiatives including Google Ads, social media advertising, email campaigns, SEO, and retargeting efforts </li><li>Manage website marketing strategy and optimization </li><li>Develop compelling marketing content, messaging, and storytelling that reflects the mission and values of the organization </li><li>Coordinate social media strategy and online engagement efforts </li><li>Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms </li></ul><p><strong>Leadership & Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Work collaboratively with school leadership and administrative teams </li><li>Coordinate with enrollment, academics, and student support departments to highlight program strengths and student success stories </li><li>Manage relationships with outside vendors, agencies, and marketing partners as needed </li><li>Assist in planning promotional events, virtual information sessions, and community outreach initiatives </li><li>Potential supervisory duties for lead enrollment team member(s) to ensure congruency across teams</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field </li><li>Previous experience in school marketing required, online school marketing highly preferred</li><li>Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing strategies that drive enrollment growth </li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills </li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team </li><li><strong>Must live in the United States -
