This person will lead, mentor, and scale a high performing team of Strategic Account Executives (6-8 individual contributors) focused on revenue growth and cross selling Twilio’s new products to existing named accounts across North America.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>In this role, you’ll:</p> <ul> <li>Be customer focused, metrics driven, embrace a consultative sales philosophy, and are passionate about helping your team succeed.</li> <li>Our customers are often application owners, software engineering leaders, product managers, entrepreneurs, and line of business owners. You must love talking to all types of customers about building their businesses and helping them drive innovation across many different types of use cases centered around how our customers communicate with their customers.</li> <li>Support your team by helping them build and progress pipeline, work across functions to execute complex deals and lead strategic prospect and customer meetings. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!</p> <p><strong>*Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of technical solutions selling experience, with 4+ years experience managing a team of account managers or strategic account executives within the Enterprise segment </li> <li>A leader who lives the Twilio Magic and has a demonstrated track record of success. You should feel comfortable with selling a platform or SaaS, but if you have experience with Contact Centers, Messaging, Call Tracking and other communication solutions even better.</li> <li>Customer focused, metrics driven, embraces a consultative sales philosophy, and is passionate about helping their team succeed.</li> <li>Experience building high performing sales teams, managing forecasting, and supporting fiscal planning and revenue tracking for all major accounts in the region </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to develop strong consultative relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional teams at all levels</li> <li>Bring data driven methodology and quantitative analytical skills, including pipeline management and forecasting</li> <li>Excellent time management/prioritization skills</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Share best practices and knowledge with the extended team to produce optimal results for the region.</li> <li>A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with Contact Centers, Messaging, Call Tracking and other communication solutions is preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location</strong></p> <ol> <li>This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, or Washington DC.</li> </ol> <p><strong>Travel </strong></p> <p>We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only.</em></p> <p>The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:</p> <ul> <li>Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Minnesota or Vermont : $185,760.00 - $232,200.00.</li> <li>Based in Washington D.C., Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay Area): $196,080.00 - $245,100.00.</li> <li>Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or the San Francisco Bay area, California: $206,400.00 - $258,000.00.</li> <li>This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan.
